Sports club management, registration and team payments

Athlete Tracker Club is the software youth and amateur sports organizations use to run registration, rosters, schedules, team communication and payments in one place.

Hockey clubs, skating clubs and other amateur sports organizations use Athlete Tracker Club to open a season for registration, collect participant information and waivers, build teams and rosters, publish practice and game schedules, message families, and take payment for program fees, camps and merchandise. Coaches and team managers use it to track attendance and manage their rosters. Parents and guardians use it to register their children, sign waivers, pay fees and see where their team is expected to be.

Finding your organization

Every participating organization has its own address on this platform, in the form yourclub.athletetracker.club. If your club has given you a link, use that link directly — it takes you to your own organization's portal, with your club's teams, schedules and registration options.

If you do not have your club's link, ask your club administrator, team manager or coach. Club addresses are issued by the organization, not chosen by families, and each one is an authorized portal operated on that organization's behalf.

What this platform does

Registration — season, program, camp and drop-in registration, with participant details, custom questions and electronic waivers.
Rosters and teams — team formation, roster management, coach and team-manager access, and player movement between teams.
Scheduling — practices, games and events, with attendance, venue information and calendar access for families.
Payments — program fees, payment plans, installments, refunds and receipts, processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider.
Communication — email to teams, programs and whole organizations, plus in-app messaging between staff and families.

If you administer a school, arena, municipal or corporate network and this site is being blocked or shown as uncategorized, it is a sports club management and registration platform used by youth sports organizations and their families. The appropriate content category is Business or Education. We ask that athletetracker.club and its subdomains be permitted over HTTPS.
